An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in the charming market town of Warwick. You’ll become part of a supportive, close-knit team who pride themselves on delivering outstanding client and patient care in a welcoming environment.
The practice is well-equipped with three consult rooms, separate dog and cat waiting areas, and an in-house laboratory, and offers a full range of services including nurse clinics and dental procedures.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team of two vets, an RVN, three CCAs, and a PCA. The senior vet is an Advanced Practitioner in Ophthalmology, holding a Post Graduate Certificate and further training in veterinary acupuncture, while the branch partner is a certificate holder in Veterinary Dermatology – creating fantastic opportunities for shared learning and case discussions.
This role is primarily consult-based, making it perfect for someone with a medical bias and a passion for building strong client relationships.
The rota:
• 40-hour week across 4 days
• Shared weekend rota of 1 in 6 at a nearby 24-hour hospital
The ideal candidate will be:
• RCVS registered
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Keen to contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment
