Your new company
My client, a global manufacturing business based in Chester, is seeking a professional customer service / account manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working from light, airy contemporary offices with ample free parking, you will be required to provide an exemplary service to a large global client base.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time with a hybrid model in place with standard working hours.
Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will be providing high quality customer service by proactively managing the process of orders across a couple of different specialisms efficiently and professionally.
Organising the delivery of the product to customers.
This is an end-to-end process, from order to delivery, both of which are managed through this role.
To consistently provide a first-class service to both internal and external customers
Consistently building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
Booking hauliers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met.
To plan and organise the accurate movement of finished products to satisfy the requirements of distributors and customers
Ensuring orders are entered onto the system correctly and in a timely manner, guaranteeing accurate invoices to customers.
Investigate, check and raise credit applications and process customer complaint settlements professionally.
What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent eye for detail
Experience of working with SAP although not essential, and full training will be provided.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven history of customer service / distribution
Dynamic - capable of dealing with shifting priorities
Ability to remain calm under pressure
