Summary

Position Summary
The role combines telemarketing duties with general office administration tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a proactive approach to both sales and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
• Respond to inbound enquiries, providing information and resolving any queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes using company databases.
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments as required.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
• Maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a busy office environment.
