Job Description
Care Assistants Needed in Bishop’s Stortford – No Experience Required

Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated care team in Bishop’s Stortford.

No previous social care experience is needed – full training is provided. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and kind-hearted nature.

Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK (we cannot provide Health and Care Worker visas)

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Helping with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting)

Supporting mobility in and around the home

Assisting with medication reminders

Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and cooking

Running errands like food shopping or collecting prescriptions

Qualifications
Essential

Good communication skills

Ability to listen with empathy

Ability to think on your feet and stay calm

Desirable

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it

Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it

Basic First Aid or Moving & Handling training. We can offer this in house
