Summary
DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB Co-ordinate activities and resources on a daily basis to meet the needs of the multiple service users. Be an effective role model, teach; facilitate; mentor and preceptor to junior members of the multidisciplinary team. Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide smooth coordination of the operating theatre department, optimizing all resources available in ensuring a safe, cost effective service. The post holder is also required to undertake the role of Unit Co-ordinator as & when rostered.
