Summary
The post holder will: Contribute to the maintenance of the fabric Trust property. Carry out building fabric maintenance: New works and redecoration programmes Reactive decorative maintenance works Ensuring high standard of finish on all work Daily maintenance of equipment and tools Maintenance of stock level / liaison with stores personnel when necessary Remain aware of the direct affect and impact upon: The environment Safety and comfort of patients, staff and members of the public. Respond pro-actively as required to defects and maintenance tasks. Involvement with processing documentation associated with Estates IT admin requirement.
