Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating operational activities across teams.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee caseload management and performance monitoring within youth justice services.
Support staff development, supervision, and training.
Liaise with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Provide operational reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience within Youth Justice is essential.
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
No social work qualification or background required.
