Are you a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact in primary education? We're looking for a Level 3 qualified TA to join our vibrant school communities in Sheffield, supporting pupils across a range of needs and abilities.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons
- Leading small group interventions in phonics, reading, and catch-up sessions
- Working closely with pupils with SEN (with and without EHCPs)
- Modelling positive behaviour and promoting inclusive learning
- Creating and gathering resources tailored to individual learning plans
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Recent, referenceable school experience (within the last 2 years)
- A high level of commitment and professionalism
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable qualities:
- Calm, focused, and understanding approach
- Up-to-date knowledge of school policies and procedures
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or EAL
