The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs both in and out of class.
• Assist with 1:1 and small group interventions to support academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
• Work closely with teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Act as a positive role model, building strong relationships that encourage confidence and independence.

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum of a 2:1 degree (Psychology, Education, or related fields desirable)

• Previous experience working with children or SEN (paid or voluntary) beneficial but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK
