Graduate 1:1 Support Worker – SEN School
Location: Near Bermondsey, Southwark
Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–15:30pm
Salary: £500–£600 per week

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal application for thisGraduate 1:1 Support Worker role will have:
• A recent degree that is 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, Special Educational Needs and Disability, Education or related field
• A genuine passion for supporting young children in their learning and development
• Interest in establishing a career aiding the development of young people
• An empathetic, caring and resilient nature
• Some experience working with children is desirable but not essential

• Assist students with ASD and communication difficulties, supporting social interaction and independence
• Work with pupils displaying challenging behaviour, using evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with therapists, SENCOs, and teaching staff to ensure holistic support
• Develop your knowledge of EHCPs, adaptive teaching, and early intervention
