What You'll Be Doing
-Operating and maintaining HVAC, lighting, BMS, and electrical systems.
-Diagnosing faults using technical drawings and BMS tools.
-Supporting refurbishment and upgrade projects.
-Supervising contractors and ensuring safe working practices.
-Maintaining UPS, generators, CCTV, access control, and perimeter security systems.
-Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
What We're Looking ForDo you have:
-City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent?
-17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations?
-C&G 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection?
-HNC in Building Services or a related discipline?
-IOSH Health & Safety Certificate?
It's a bonus if you also have:
-Trend 963 or equivalent BMS qualification
-IPAF 3A & 3B
-Basic mechanical knowledge
