Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Slough. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in recruitment while playing a key part in expanding our client base and managing strong relationships across the healthcare sector.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
a. Developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
b. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients
c. Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates
d. Managing candidates through the recruitment process
e. Conducting regular client visits and check-ins
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
a. Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment or related sector
b. Full-time right to work in the UK
c. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car
d. Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
f. Demonstrable evidence of generating new business in previous roles
