Summary
To provide a range of specialist interventions, advice and support to young people who are identified as having or at risk of developing emotional, psychological or mental health issues. To provide advice and consultation support to others in Tier 1 working with children/young people working across Milton Keynes. The principal task will be to ensure mental health needs are identified and addressed through appropriate services. This will include the assessment of mental and emotional health needs and facilitating to better understand mental health issues and appropriate referral pathways. As a member of Milton Keynes Specialist CAMHS, the post holder will also be responsible for a personal caseload, working under the professional supervision of a Senior Clinician in CAMHS.
