- Speaking with candidates and clients every day
- Building strong relationships and understanding their needs
- Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
- Coordinating interviews and supporting placements
- Learning the ropes of the full recruitment process

- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicators
- A positive, can-do attitude with resilience
- Up for a challenge and eager to learn
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
