Summary
Tenant Liaison Officer
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Flexible as per investment project requirements. Some evening work may be required.

We are embarking on an ambitious 4-year refurbishment programme across over 400 multi-storey homes, and we are seeking a dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer to play a key role in putting tenants at the heart of this exciting project.
As Tenant Liaison Officer, you will:
Be the key point of contact for tenants throughout the refurbishment programme.
Provide excellent customer service, supporting households to minimise disruption and alleviate concerns.
Build strong relationships with tenants, identifying vulnerabilities and putting in place the right support.
Liaise between tenants, contractors, and QCHA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage disturbance/decoration payments and support households through decants where required.
Handle complaints, identify risks, and take a proactive problem-solving approach.
Produce reports on tenant feedback, customer satisfaction, and contractor performance.
Essential Critera:
Experienced in delivering customer-focused services in a social housing environment (minimum 3 years).
Skilled in building trusted relationships with tenants, including those with vulnerabilities.
Calm, professional, and confident in resolving issues and complaints.
Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
In possession of a full driving licence.
Desirable:
Knowledge of housing management functions.
Experience in contractor/budget management and working in a pressurised environment.
