About The Role:
Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Governing Board of Liskeard Hillfort Primary School, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and versatile School Administrator to join our busy office team.
About You:
Key responsibilities:
• To be one of the first points of contact for all school visitors and callers – good communication skills and a welcoming and positive attitude is essential
• To update pupil records on our student record system, provide administrative support with school attendance, school lunches, after-school clubs and any other tasks
• To organise travel arrangements for school trips
• To provide administrative support the senior leadership team including the SENCo
Our school office is very busy. No two days are ever the same. We are therefore seeking an individual who is flexible and can adapt in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Excellent IT and communication skills are fundamental as the successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships with our parent community. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
