£50,000 to £65,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children’s home in West Moors, Dorset, supporting young people aged 10–17 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), learning disabilities (LD), autism, and complex needs. Our focus is to create a safe, nurturing, and aspirational home where children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. You’ll also lead and develop a team, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
What we’re looking for in a Children’s Home Registered Manager
• Experience managing in children’s residential care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Residential (or working towards)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s regulations
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Driving licence and willingness to work flexibly
