Summary
Preparation of food under the supervision of a head chef or experienced line chef. in our 87 bed Weymouth town centre hotel with a busy public bar and restaurant. Also responsible for monitoring & rotating stock and keeping kitchen production areas clean and sanitised.
Experience preferred but training available for the right candidate.
