Summary
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for helping young learners thrive? We're looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a highly-regarded special educational needs (SEN) school in Cranleigh.
You'll play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for our students.
What You'll Do

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.

Help prepare learning materials and manage classroom activities.

Supervise students during breaks and other school events.
What We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience working with children is a plus, but not essential. We value passion and a genuine desire to support student learning above all else.

Skills: Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.

Qualifications: A relevant qualification is desirable, but we're also open to candidates who are willing to undertake further training.
