Summary

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a passionate and experienced Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the M40 area. This is a crucial, long-term position supporting children with special educational needs within a welcoming and inclusive early years environment.

We're seeking a compassionate and proactive individual with a minimum of 6 months' experience in a primary school setting, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with young children in EYFS. The role will involve providing essential 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN and EHCPs. This may include assisting with personal care (such as nappy changing) and helping to foster a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
