A well-established and nurturing nursery is looking for a caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Early Years) to join their vibrant team. What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent)
- Experience: Previous experience in an early years, nursery, or childcare setting
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- Skills: Great communication, organisation, and teamwork abilities
- Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn, play, and thrive

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, creative, and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide high-quality care and a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Track and record children’s learning and development through observations and assessments
- Encourage outdoor learning and exploration in the nursery’s extensive outdoor areas
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times
