We are seeking a talented and driven Chef Manager to lead our catering team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and service. With a term-time only schedule, this role offers an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for food production and introduce innovative menu options
- Design balanced, appealing daily menus that meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements
- Manage all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, gross profit, labour, overheads)
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards
- Lead, develop, and motivate the catering team
- Build strong client relationships and adapt services to meet evolving needs

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar food service management role
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to menu planning
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
- Flexible, proactive, and innovative mindset
