Essential Criteria: Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent Health Professions Council Licence to Practice Registered Member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapist Evidence of successful completion of specialist short courses or equivalent experience Experience of multi-agency working across Education and/or Childrens Services Experience of working with clients with a range of more complex communication needs Car driver Desirable Criteria Relevant post registration learning/experience in area/s of clinical specialismParticipation in quality improvement initiativesEvidence of emerging leadership ability The post holder will be required to work at sites across the Trust. The post will be subject to a probationary period.
