Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the school is maintained to a high standard?An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Ratby Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor on a permanent basis for 28.75 hours per week. The Learning Support Assistant will work within either EYFS or KS1 working closely with the classroom teacher. The Learning Support Assistant’s main role is to provide additional support for young people with special educational, social, emotional and behaviour difficulties, supporting the teacher and pupils within the classroom and taking responsibility for small intervention groups and with children on a 1:1 basis. We are looking to appoint an individual with a passion and commitment to supporting the needs of our children.

• Have tan NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in Teaching and Learning
• Have experience of working in a classroom environment
• Have good literacy and numeracy skllls
