Summary
Oatlands School needs a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team. This role is for Tuesdays - Fridays 8:50am - 3pm, term time only + inset days
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher with the development and education of children in their class, as well as facilitate small intervention groups. This post is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a welcoming and supportive team with our pupils at the heart of everything we do and we would welcome applications from those who can demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
• Creative and positive, adaptable and resourceful
• Able to facilitate small group interventions
• Able to motivate and encourage children
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working as part of a happy, hardworking team
• Experience is desirable but not essential
