Bristol Grammar School is seeking a temporary, full-time Alumni and Events Officer to cover a maternity leave from January 2026.
The Alumni Events and Communications Officer plays a key role within the team; creating and delivering powerful communication and delivering strategic events in order to engage the whole BGS Community (our alumni, parents and friends) whilst developing and supporting relationships with the wider Old Bristolian network.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of managing social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Bitly, Linktree and X, and have proficient design skills, including use of Canva and basic video editing, to create social media posts, PowerPoints, internal communications.
