Cambridge Regional College have an exciting part-time opportunity for a first-class
Senior Administrator to join our friendly Curriculum Administration team at our bustling Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full-time (37 hours per week), permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of
£23,519.00 p.a. pro rata, plus staff benefits.

About our role:
Reporting into the Team Leader – Curriculum Administration & Reception and part of the wider Curriculum Administration team, as our Senior Administrator you will play a key senior administration role and help support colleagues across the college.
The primary duties of this post will include:

Provide a first-class clerical/administrative/secretarial/PA/student support service to the Directors, Head of Departments and staff within the Directorate of Teaching & LearningLiaise between Departments for collation/dissemination of informationSupport colleagues within Curriculum Administration, Reception & Customer ServiceAct as a central point of contact for departmental enquires from external and internal customersProvide collation/dissemination of Teaching & Learning data and information
What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Administrator candidate:

The successful candidate will be need to be highly motivated, organised and have the ability to manage their own work load. They must also be willing to work as part of a team, take responsibility for their department areas, and contribute to the planning and smooth running of college events, providing a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors.
It is essential that the applicant has a high standard of IT and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must also have strong written communication, time management skills and must also be able to work well under pressure.GCSE English + Maths grade 4/C or above (or equivalent qualification) essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be wanting to build on their existing administration experience, take on more responsibility, and utilise their professional skills as this role will involve dealing with confidential and important material.
