What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2-3 years minimum experience operating in a buying role and, ideally, in the construction or manufacturing industries. You will be a good relationship builder and capable of working with stakeholders at all levels. You will enjoy a busy and fast-paced role and be commercially astute.
