Summary

Job Title: Cleaner - CSCS Mandatory Location: Kidbrooke / Plumstead Rate: £16.00 per hour (Umbrella) Start Date: Tuesday 23/09 Contract: 3 months Job Overview: We are looking for reliable Cleaners with a valid CSCS card to join a new build project in Kidbrooke and Plumstead starting Monday. This role will involve construction cleaning duties to ensure the site is kept safe, tidy, and ready for handover. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out construction cleaning on a new build site Removing waste, debris, and leftover materials from work areas Cleaning dust, paint, and plaster from floors, walls, and surfaces Assisting with general site labouring duties as required Maintaining site cleanliness to meet health & safety standards Working with the site team to prepare areas for inspection or handover Adhering to all site health & safety regulations Requirements: Valid CSCS card (essential) Previous experience in construction cleaning/ labouring preferred Own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive pay: £16.00/hour Umbrella, paid weekly Immediate start – Monday Opportunity for ongoing work on a busy new build project To Apply If you meet the requirements and are available to start immediately please apply or text your name , along with if you prefer the Kidbrooke site or Plumstead site - Number to text, 07884 515005 LDS
