We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator who has an eye for detail with excellent administration, organisational and communication skills, in addition to experience using an ATS / Applicant Tracking System.
Working as the Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator you will provide essential support to Hiring Managers within the business. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.
As the Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator your duties will include preparing accurate and engaging job specifications and managing applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will also be responsible for shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the process. In addition, you will carry out a variety of recruitment administration tasks, such as updating records, preparing offer letters, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys supporting end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator include:
• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting and posting job adverts, verifying right-to-work documentation, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial assessments. Coordinate interviews and support managers in the selection process
• Offer and Onboarding Coordination: Prepare offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documents in partnership with the HR Officer. Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new starters
• Collaboration and Agency Management: Work closely with managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines, while liaising with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment vendors as needed
• Talent Pool Development and Employer Branding: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Produce regular recruitment reports and metrics for the HR Officer, HR Consultant, and Senior Leadership Team. Maintain accurate ATS records, monitor industry trends, and apply best practice to support workforce planning
• General HR Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the HR Officer and HR Consultant, contributing to ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Recruitment Experience: Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from vacancy approval through to onboarding, across both agency and in-house settings
• Skills & Competencies: Strong organisational and communication skills, adept at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and office software
• Professional Attributes: Approachable, resilient, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly. Committed to equality, diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a person-centred approach aligned with organisational values
DESIRABLE
• Compliance & Governance: Experience checking right-to-work status, GDPR, visa requirements, and safer recruitment practices, including DBS checks
