Commercial Property Lawyer needed in Morden Paying £28.11ph ref 5276564
Full time hours on a permanent basis
Key Responsibilities:- Advise on land transactions involving educational institutions and academies.
- Support development projects for foundation schools and trusts.
- Lead on housing stock transfer matters, including legal structuring and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage estate ballot processes, ensuring legal compliance and transparency.
- Draft and negotiate complex property agreements and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and public sector bodies to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong commercial property experience.
- Demonstrable expertise in education sector land matters and housing transfers.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and meet deadlines.
