Summary
Demonstrate effective communication systems which encourage engagement and gain commitment to policy and system adherence including the use of constructive feedback. To effectively communicate the written, presentation and verbal format of materials and use these to communicate complex, sensitive and potentially contentious information. To use facilitation skills and best practice to aid the dissemination of new knowledge. To be able to vary communication styles depending in the audience and requirements. To express views in an effective way and confident manner in meetings, particularly when communicating with senior colleagues of the Programme.
