We’re looking for a Hospitality General Assistant to join our vibrant University Hospitality team. From serving great food and drinks with a smile, to keeping our spaces welcoming and running smoothly, you’ll help us deliver top-quality service to students, staff, and visitors every day.



What you’ll be doing



Serving food and drinks while giving customers a great experience.
Using tills and handling payments, including opening and closing procedures.
Keeping outlets and kitchens clean, safe, and up to high standards.
Restocking and receiving deliveries, making sure everything’s stored properly.
Recording food temperatures, cleaning checks, and other quick admin tasks.
Pitching in with events, conferences, and other Hospitality services across campus.
Working flexibly as part of a team to get the job done.



What we’re looking for



A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of customer service.
Team players who are reliable, adaptable, and up for learning new skills.
Good communication skills and confidence to chat with customers.
Pride in presentation, cleanliness, and doing things well.
Awareness of (or willingness to learn) food safety and health & safety basics.
