Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Service Organiser, on a 1-year and 7 month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £13.90 - £17.66 per Hour
Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for commissioning referrals.
Monitor databases and ensure all required data is accurately recorded.
Liaise with social workers, partner agencies, providers, and families to obtain necessary information.
Assist in preparing reports, quality assurance documents, and audit reviews.
Support contract management and commissioning processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence.
Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential).
Business administration or equivalent qualification (desirable).
Requirements:
Administrative experience within a local authority, education, health, or social care environment.
Experience of maintaining databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Familiarity with commissioning, contract management, or placements work (desirable).
Experience in preparing correspondence, reports, and statutory returns.
Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with policies.
