Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated General Practitioner to join our supportive and well-organised team. You will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and patient-centred care to a list size of around 9,000 patients.

Main Duties
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care through face-to-face, telephone, online consultations, and occasional home visits.
Screen for risk factors, manage long-term conditions, and make referrals where appropriate.
Contribute to clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Prescribe in line with formulary, NICE guidance, and good prescribing practice.
Share administrative tasks, including reviewing lab results and correspondence.
Support training and mentoring of junior doctors where appropriate.
Person Specification
Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
A valid UK driver’s licence.
