Our client, based in Bude, just a short walk from the beach is looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join the team.
An establishment is well known for its fresh seasonal food high-quality, food and beverage sales and service all year round.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of food production, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, and staff management in a restaurant environment,
As Head Chef you will:
• Have experience of working in professional kitchens at same level
• Be able to do deal with high pressure situations and deliver outstanding food consistently
• Be able to drive the kitchen department forward with proactive ideas, implementing training and getting the very best from your amazing team
• Cook to a consistently high level
• Help and support all members of the kitchen team
• Be organised, have excellent kitchen and financial management skills
This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be available to start immediately.
