Summary

Production Supervisor

Dunkeswell | £19.23 per hour (overtime £28.84 per hour after 38 hours) | 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday (one day off on rota, weekends off) | Permanent | Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead and support daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and aligned with quality and safety standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams and line leaders to drive performance and engagement.
  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address production challenges proactively.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies advantageous.
What We Offer:
  • £19.23 per hour basic pay.
  • £28.84 per hour overtime rate after 38 hours.
  • Monday-Friday work pattern with one rota day off and weekends off.
