Exciting Opportunity for a Head of Production to join a Fast-Growing Food Business!
We are seeking a Head of Production to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a brand new state-of-the-art facility. In this position, you will lead the team, ensure a healthy culture and prioritise quality.
This role focuses on both people and processes; you will need to be an influential leader, mentoring and coaching the production team while implementing strategic processes across the site. The position will involve driving Operational Excellence throughout the facility and collaborating with other departments, including Innovation and Technical, to ensure that all products maintain the highest quality standards.
You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, which is a significant advantage. However, improvements are needed in the processes and factory flow, so experience in implementing these processes will be essential for success in this role.
To be considered for this position, you should be a passionate and transparent leader with extensive experience in leading operations in the food manufacturing or central kitchen sector. We are looking for someone with creativity, adaptability, and the ability to elevate the operations to the next level.
Experience with SALSA, BRC-accredited facilities, and an understanding of the technical challenges typically associated with food factories are required.
