- Take ownership of one small association, including its annual conference.
- Record formal minutes with training and templates provided.
Who we’re looking for:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and personable, able to represent our client at events across the UK.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, website editing, and social media.
- Strong numeracy and administrative abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in minute-taking is a bonus, but not essential.
Why this role is great:
- Competitive salary of £32,000 – £36,500.
- Flexible working options, including potential 4-day week or extra holidays.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
- Time off in lieu for weekend work.
- Fully paid parking permit.
- Opportunities to travel across the UK and support exciting events.
- Work within a welcoming, collaborative team in a truly picturesque location.
If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and ready to thrive in a varied role, apply today to become our client’s next Membership & Events Coordinator. Remember, you don’t need all the experience - potential matters just as much!
