Summary
Finishing Manager
We are currently working with a leading 5* housebuilder who are delivering a large timberframe development and are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standards
Responsibilities for the Finishing Manager
- Take ownership of plots from Pre-dec through to CML and Handover
- Coordinate and manage finishing trades to meet programme deadlines
- Ensure all works meet NHBC and company quality standards
- Conduct snagging, inspections and ensure timely resolutions
- Liaise with the Site Managers, customer care manager, and subcontractors to achieve smooth handovers
- Maintain accurate records of progress, snags and completions
- Always drive H&S compliance
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Finishing Manager / Finishing Foreman / Internals managers within Residential housebuilding
- Background working with PLC housebuilders would be highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple trades under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to delivering high quality homes
- CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
