What You’ll Be Doing
Owning Strategy: design and lead your own paid media strategy across various platforms including Google, Facebook, and Tik-Tok ads.
Channel Leadership: Oversee day-day performance across all paid ad accounts, identifying opportunities for growth & innovation.
Budget Management - Manage and allocate big ad budgets to drive the business forward.
Experimentation at Scale: Establish a data-driven approach, continuously testing, optimising, and refining campaigns to maximise performance.
Reporting: Produce regular reports/dashboards to communicate campaign insights to key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Paid Media Expertise: You have proven experience growing paid ad accounts across platforms such as: Google, Facebook, Amazon and Tik Tok.
Strategic Thinker: You understand how paid media fits into the bigger picture and can confidently align channel strategies to wider marketing goals.
Ambition: You think big and are eager to learn. Constantly finding new ways to stay ahead in a packed digital landscape.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You’re highly analytical, using performance tracking tools to optimise campaigns and improve key metrics.
