Summary

Customer Service Advisor – Order Processing

Rochdale

£12.30 per hour
Temporary to Permanent
Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Immediate start available

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and supportive team in Rochdale. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start available.

Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and input customer orders
• Update delivery details and track order progress
• Check stock availability and liaise with the warehouse team
• Handle customer queries by phone and email in a professional manner
• Provide product and order support to customers
• Carry out general administration and data entry tasks

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (ideally within order processing)
• Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and via email
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
