Multi – Drop Driver- Dash Express

Salary: Pay from £12.25 per hour
Location: Redruth
Hours: Monday – Friday – Various hours
Reports to: Operations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
• Loading and offloading of vehicles and general sortation of consignments
• Accurate checking and scanning of items out for delivery on and reporting of any discrepancies to your line Manager
• Undertake daily vehicle checks and report any problems
• Complete deliveries and collections throughout the day in a timely manner whilst adhering to company standards and health & safety procedures.
• Communicate any issues that arise to your line manager throughout the day
• End of day – return to depot, unload and labelling of non-deliveries and ensure all deliveries are accounted for on the HHT
• Driver debrief with Manager on duty
• Ensure vehicle is cleaned and refuelled for next day
• Sort non-deliveries and collections into designated areas
• Heavy Lifting required
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience of multi drop deliveries
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the area
• Good time keeping
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident in dealing with people on the phone and in person
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Full driving licence
• Valid DBS check must be provided
• Experience with HHTs
