Main Responsibilities:
As a Care and Training Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care through training, support, and quality assurance:
• Ensuring Carers are trained to the highest standard
• Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
• Spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
• Meetings with customers to review care plans
• Conducting risk assessments
• Support with on call duties in accordance with the branch team rota
