Summary

Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer in Production Arts to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team on a fixed-term, part-time basis, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on a 0.6 FTE contract until 3rd July 2026.

Lecturer – Production Arts

As a Lecturer in Production Arts, you will have the rewarding role of delivering engaging and high-quality teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion. You'll create dynamic teaching lessons, closely monitor student progress, and guide them through the assessment process, while also managing their Individual Learning Plans. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting practical work such as drilling, sawing, and using equipment, thereby enhancing the hands-on learning experience, while your influence will extend to fostering a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance.

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree or substantial industry experience, who either has a teaching qualification or is eager to pursue one. A minimum Level 2 in English and Maths is essential. If you have experience in teaching alongside strong organisational and communication skills and can thrive both independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
