About the Role: Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans that meet individual needs. This role offers the chance for significant professional growth within a supportive environment.

  • Manage a varied caseload of children with special educational needs.

  • Develop and deliver tailored assessment and intervention plans.

  • Contribute to staff training and reflective practice sessions.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic student support.

Essential Requirements for This Position

To be considered for this Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) position, you must be a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:

  • Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.

  • Be a registered member of both the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

  • Possess a nurturing and enthusiastic approach to your work.

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage your workload effectively.

  • Be immediately available to begin this role.
