Head Veterinary Nurse

£35,000 – £38,000 DOE | 4-Day Week + 1:5 Saturdays | Swindon Area

    What You’ll Do

    ✔ Lead and support a fully staffed nursing team
    ✔ Develop, implement, and oversee clinical protocols to maintain gold-standard care
    ✔ Induct, mentor and coach nurses and student nurses, ensuring a strong culture of growth
    ✔ Collaborate with clinical and practice managers on HR and recruitment
    ✔ Deliver outstanding clinical care, including consulting and inpatient responsibilities
    ✔ Maintain compliance with RCVS standards across all sites

    Rewards & Benefits

    • Salary £35,000 – £38,000 DOE


    • 4-day week (8.30am–7pm) + 1:5 Saturdays (9–12)


    • Additional 1:5 rota for inpatient care only (no OOH)
