Summary
Workshop Manager
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 basic, £42,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: Five day 40 hour working week across Monday to Saturday, (Day off in week for every Saturday)

Workshop Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the workshop by example and manage the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Staffing, training, and development
- Allocate jobs to technicians, balance workloads, and meet deadlines
- Manage workshop budget
Workshop Manager Requirements
- Previous experience working in the role is ideal
- At minimum you must have Five years of experience as a Vehicle Technician
- You must have Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance to be considered
- Full UK driving licence
