About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical PM to join our dynamic team, overseeing commercial electrical projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from concept to completion. As an Electrical PM, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position is home-based in Brighton, but the successful candidate must be open to travel nationwide. Some projects may require overnight stays if it is not feasible to travel to and from a site on the same day. All travel expenses will be fully covered, ensuring that you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple electrical projects as a senior Electrical PM, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, maintaining full commercial oversight.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Resolve project challenges proactively and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting as required by company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a commercial Electrical PM, ideally with multiple large-scale projects managed successfully.
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel nationwide for project delivery, including potential overnight stays when required.
Ability to work independently from a home office while maintaining strong collaboration with teams on-site.
