O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced NPORS Hoist Operator for an exciting, long-term freelance role on a large-scale commercial construction site in Bristol.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of passenger/goods hoist on-site


  • Coordinating lifts in line with site requirements


  • Ensuring hoist is operated in accordance with health and safety regulations


  • Daily checks and maintenance reporting


  • Supporting site logistics and assisting trades and site management as required


    ✅ Requirements:

    • Valid NPORS Hoist Operator card (CSCS affiliated)


    • Previous experience operating a hoist on busy construction sites


    • Full PPE


    • Strong awareness of health & safety on-site


    • Reliable, punctual, and professional
